Summary and results: I identified the need for, assembled a tiger team of product and content designers, and published the first AI design kit for Amazon Ads, culling 15+ prior design variations into 5 components and overarching guidelines, adopted in parallel by 4+ product teams launching new AI experiences (including Image Generator and Video Generator) and later adopted in AI experiences across Amazon Ads (including Ads Agent).
Timeline: 4 months
