Amazon EU Ad Transparency Updates

Role: Content Design Lead

Summary: I delivered the end-to-end content design and co-led the UX strategy for Amazon EU consumer and advertiser experience updates to enhance transparency and ensure compliance with the EU Digital Services Act. To achieve this, I partnered closely with Amazon-wide, cross-functional stakeholders including retail, legal, PR, product, engineering, and operations. I led a series of content design working sessions with key stakeholders to drive a shared understanding of legal requirements and technical parameters, and I reviewed with and gained alignment from SVP leadership on the content design. This experience launched in Amazon EU stores (Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands) and in the Amazon Ads console for advertisers delivering ads within EU stores.
